I just saw the new movie adaptation of Jane Eyre at a cool little independent movie theater. Overall, I thought it was a good adaptation: beautiful cinematography, great acting, great casting, relatively faithful to the source material, etc.
However.
Seeing this made me recall…
Since Jane Eyre is like the only pre-1900 piece of fiction I like, let me just point out...

So many good, irresponsible, and creepy times here had in this here parking lot and grocery store. If you like “urban legends that are actually true,” this story is totally worth reading.
